Please do not show up and discuss money or rates, you should be fully aware of what you are paying for prior to our meeting.  Rates are to be taken care of immediatley upon our meeting and placed on the table, if not I will ask you to leave.  I just prefer not to be distracted and strive to provide you with the best service available!
